William Hurst

William Hurst has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. William has worked as a Fractional CTO at Stealth Startup, Carbon Equity, Fracto, Pal, and MDaaS Global, where they provided guidance on technology strategy and mentored tech teams. William served as an Interim CTO at Carbon Equity, overseeing the management and investment work of climate startups and scaleups. William also has experience as a CTO at Compleye.io, where they helped startups develop and implement ISO 27001 compliant Information Security Management Systems. Additionally, they worked as a Non-Executive Director at Morph, assisting with key decision-making and technology strategy. William's career also includes roles as a Student Mentor at Codam College and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler, where they were selected as one of 55 participants from a large pool of applicants.

William Hurst's education history is as follows:

In 1995, they attended Old Boys' Paul Roos Gymnasium for their secondary education.

William then pursued a comprehensive programming diploma at CTI Education Group from 2002 to 2005.

In 2017, they enrolled in Stellenbosch Business School and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management.

From 2018 to 2019, they attended Stellenbosch Business School again, this time earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management.

In 2019, they also participated in the EMBA Consortium at San Jose State University, focusing on Global Business Innovation.
