Harmen Douwes

Harmen Douwes is currently a Test Pilot at PAL-V and has been engaged in freelance piloting since 2022. Previously, they served as a QA Manager at MPS and worked as a Quality Assurance Pilot at Multi Pilot Simulations from 2018 to 2022. Harmen's early career included roles as a Production Engineer at ASML and a Chauffeur at D&B The Mobility Group, as well as an internship at KLM focused on fuel optimization research. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Studies from Hogeschool van Amsterdam and an ATPL(f) from CAE-NLS.
