Rick Bakker

Rick Bakker is currently the Teamleader and Aircraft Structures & Interiors Expert at ADSE B.V., where they focus on engineering and project management for various aerospace, land, and sea transport systems. With past experience managing international vehicle testing at RDW and leading multiple projects in the railway and aviation sectors, they have demonstrated a strong technical management capability. Rick holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft and a Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture from HZ University of Applied Sciences. They are also a certified flight instructor and have contributed to numerous engineering projects, including the Airbus A350 program and advanced rail systems.
