Bill Brett

Bill Brett is an experienced professional in the field of environmental permitting and project management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Public Archaeology Laboratory, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Senior Project Manager at NextEra Energy Resources from April 2023 to December 2023. Bill's extensive career includes over 20 years at Enbridge, where roles included Manager of Environment Projects US and Supervisor of Environmental Construction Permitting, leading a team of environmental scientists and managing regulatory compliance for capital construction projects. Bill's background also features significant experience in overseeing permitting for energy infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States. Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts in History/Anthropology from UMass Boston and graduated from Boston College High School.
