Steve Hull

Steve Hull has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Steve is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Paladin Cloud, a rapidly growing open-source cloud security company. In this role, they lead product development and works towards reducing risks in cloud environments.

Prior to their current position, Steve worked at T-Mobile, where they held multiple roles. Steve served as the Sr. Director of Product & Technology, leading governance, strategy, adoption, architecture, and platforms in the cloud, API, and security space. Steve also served as the Director of Cloud Strategy and Development, focusing on T-Mobile's cloud strategy and building next-generation platforms. Additionally, they were the Sr. Manager of Technology Transformation, where they executed full transformation life cycles for selected technology domains.

Before T-Mobile, Steve was the CTO of Covalent Storage Systems, where they led the creation of virtual backup networks using IP-enabled devices. Steve also worked as the Co-Founder and CTO of Digital Lifeboat, a peer-to-peer storage platform company.

Earlier in their career, Steve was the VP of Engineering at Silvaris Corporation, a technology-powered trading company, and the VP of Engineering at Stamps.com. Steve also served as the VP of Engineering at iShip.com, overseeing software engineering activities for internet-enabled shipping tools.

Steve's experience also includes roles such as Director of Engineering at MicroCrafts and Lead S/W Engineer at Evergreen CASE Tools. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in cloud security, technology transformation, and software engineering.

Steve Hull attended Chapman University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
