Daniel Phan

Daniel Phan is a project manager at Palador. Daniel has previously worked at the Public Consulting Group from July 2015 to January 2022, where they served as a project manager. Daniel was responsible for managing case management systems for several large school districts in Texas, facilitating development modifications and updates utilizing JIRA for unique school district codebases using Agile development techniques, taking the lead in implementing a brand-new translation module used across all Texas school district clients that translate dynamic and static text in the system to a desired language, leading in project team’s change in process for creating and organizing business requirements used for managing specifications of various modules within the application, and leading in creating and managing ad-hoc reports for all school district clients using a SQL database. Daniel also organized and conducted monthly status checks with school district clients to discuss any changes needed for the system or to help troubleshoot any issues school district users are experiencing within the application.

Daniel Phan received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
