Devon Klein

Devon Klein serves as Legal Counsel at Palantir Technologies since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Capital Markets at Debevoise & Plimpton from February 2019 to August 2021, where representation of issuers in public and private offerings was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Devon Klein was an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from October 2015 to January 2019, focusing on Capital Markets and M&A, counseling clients on public company reporting, corporate governance, and representing issuers and underwriters in various offerings. Earlier roles also included a Summer Associate position at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, a Legal Intern at STARWORKS Group, a Legal Assistant at Jones Walker LLP, and various internships, including one with the U.S. House of Representatives. Devon Klein holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Vanderbilt University.
