Julia Shaw

Julia Shaw is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Energy and Natural Resources at Palantir Technologies since June 2019. Previously, Julia held various roles at the International Justice Mission, including Program Manager for Global People Support, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR projects, supporting executive hiring, and leading organizational restructure initiatives. Julia also acted as Special Assistant to the President, focusing on internal communications and global strategy development, and served as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Global Strategy and Execution. Julia began their career as a Community Relations Intern, gaining valuable experience in data collection, event planning, and administrative support. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Cedarville University, earned in 2015.
