Les Aker

Les Aker has extensive experience in systems and security engineering, currently serving as Systems Lead at Palantir Technologies since October 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the stability and functionality of both corporate compute infrastructure and physical systems. Previous roles at Palantir include Physical Security Systems Lead, where engineering principles were applied to enhance physical security programs, and System Architect, leading the full-scope design of corporate networks. Prior to Palantir, Aker worked at Linode from October 2011 to September 2014 as a System Developer, focusing on the design and maintenance of high-availability infrastructure, and as a Customer Support Technician, assisting users with system troubleshooting across various Linux distributions.
