Currently, they serve as a Capture and Proposal Strategist at Palantir Technologies. Previously, Ryan worked as a researcher at the Institute of International and European Affairs, focusing on Brexit and Economic Policy, and held multiple roles as a Research Assistant at Trinity College Dublin. They also contributed to the marketing efforts at EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum and participated in a corporate communications role at Portland.
