Whit Wright is the Strategy and Growth Lead at Palantir Technologies, where they conduct strategic planning and implementation while advising executive leadership. Currently focused on next-generation command and control capabilities, Whit engages with senior leaders, mission partners, and engineering teams to align with Army and DoD modernization initiatives. Prior to joining Palantir in September 2022, Whit served over 27 years in the US Army as an Infantry officer, retiring as a Colonel after holding command and key leadership positions across various echelons. Whit's extensive military career included three combat tours in Afghanistan and two in Iraq, with final assignments as Chief of Staff for the 82nd Airborne Division and Executive Officer to the Commanding General of Army Futures Command. Whit is a graduate of Duke University and holds two master’s degrees from the School of Advanced Military Studies.
