Palatinate is the official student newspaper of Durham University and winner of Best Student Publication 2021. 
Founded in 1948, it is one of Britain's oldest student publications. The paper is published on a fortnightly basis in term-time, with a full-colour print run of 4,000, reaching student readers. In 2008, Palatinate launched Indigo, an arts and features pull-out supplement, which also has online content. Our Editorial Board is made up of full-time Durham students. It offers fair, unbiased, and unrivalled coverage of Durham and national student news.
