Mark Binstock has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Principal at Paley Rothman since July 1991, after being a Partner at the same firm from 1991 to 2016. Mark Binstock earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law between 1971 and 1974, and previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University at Buffalo from 1967 to 1971.
