Gerald Reger

Gerald Reger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and process management, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Transformation at PALFINGER AG since March 2006. In this role, Gerald Reger leads a global team of over 120 staff, overseeing a budget exceeding €17 million while driving initiatives focused on process and operational excellence, digitization, and cost reduction. Gerald Reger has been instrumental in managing PALFINGER's largest IT initiative, the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, which affected the entire value chain. Previous positions include Vice President of Process Excellence, Head of Corporate ICT/Process Management, and Head of IS/IT. Prior experience includes roles at Red Bull and Lenzing AG, complemented by strong educational credentials with a Master's degree in Business Informatics from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
