Helmut H. currently serves as the Head of Customer Service at PALFINGER AG, starting in May 2023. Previously, Helmut held various roles at Porsche Holding from November 2017 to May 2023, including Team Lead Country Advisor and Country Advisor in Group IT, focusing on optimizing business IT processes and coordinating communication in the wholesale markets. Helmut also worked at Alphabet Austria as Head of Customer Care and has extensive experience in business development and service marketing at Porsche Holding, contributing significantly to quality optimization in the dealer network. Earlier in his career, Helmut gained hospitality experience in food and beverage management and technical expertise as an elektromechaniker. Helmut holds a Master of Science in Business Management from Universität Klagenfurt and additional qualifications as a systemic coach and hotel management professional.
