Roza Stefanova has extensive experience in talent management and people development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at PALFINGER AG since April 2010. Previous roles at PALFINGER AG include Regional Expert Talent Management & People Development EMEA and EMEA Training Academy Specialist, along with experience as a translator and personal assistant. Prior to this, Roza worked as an English teacher at Language School Vasil Karagyozov in early 2009.
