Shea Borkowski

Shea Borkowski, MBA, is a production manager and plant PPS lean manager at PALFINGER AG, focusing on cost savings and production improvements through lean methodologies since May 2022. Previous experience includes roles at Milwaukee Tool as a trainee local PPS manager and quality assurance supervisor, as well as senior supplier quality engineer at Leonardo DRS. Borkowski also held several engineering and project management roles, starting with a project management internship at Southport Heating, Plumbing, & Geothermal, and has experience in retail and service sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
