Yi Song

Yi Song is a skilled engineering professional currently serving as a Simulation Engineer at PALFINGER AG since September 2023. Previously, Yi worked as a Product Designer at MCi, focusing on the design and modeling of mechanical actuators and plastic components. Academic experience includes a Master Thesis in Computational Mechanics at Delft University of Technology and involvement as a Suspension Engineer for Delft Hyperloop, contributing to vehicle design and stability subsystems. Yi's earlier positions at IHC IQIP included roles as a Part-time Mechatronical Research Engineer and an intern, where significant projects involved redesigning measurement systems and developing calibration tools. Yi holds a Master's degree in Computational Mechanics and two Bachelor's degrees in Mechatronics Engineering from HZ University of Applied Sciences and Shanghai Maritime University.
