Jeff Webb is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in direct sales, service, and distribution of employee benefit solutions. As the Regional Sales Vice President at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since November 2018, Jeff specializes in providing affordable and compliant benefits to a diverse client base, including government contractors, employers, associations, and unions, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Prior roles include Sr. Regional Sales Manager at The Boon Group, Vice President at Health & Welfare Benefit Systems, Director of Alumni & Parent Relations, and Campus Safety Officer at Roanoke College, as well as an Intelligence Specialist in the US Navy. Jeff holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Roanoke College.
