Joan Ramos

Joan Ramos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate training and human resources. As the Regional Training Coordinator at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since February 2017, Joan has led the corporate training strategy across Latin America, achieving a participant satisfaction rate of over 98%. Responsibilities include the implementation of the service culture project and improvements in onboarding strategies, as well as the administration of the corporate university's learning module. Previous roles include a Human Resources Regional Recruiting and Selection Analyst at Pan-American Life Insurance Group, where Joan significantly reduced vacancy timeframes, and a Consultant at Grupo Siuma. Joan holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Universidad de Panamá.
