Matthew Busbee

Matthew Busbee has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Matthew started their career as an Intern/Co-op at E.G.O. North America in 2003. Later, they joined Deloitte Consulting in 2008, initially as a Business Technology Analyst and eventually progressing to roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager. During their time at Deloitte Consulting, they played a significant role in managing complex projects, providing client service delivery, and leading teams. In 2018, Matthew joined Pan-American Life Insurance Group as the Director of Data and Integration, where they managed data warehousing, enterprise integration platforms, and established a new enterprise integration practice. Matthew was later promoted to the role of Chief Data Officer, overseeing enterprise-wide data governance, reporting/analytics, and forming cross-functional partnerships. Their work involved educating stakeholders on data issues impacting projects and cultivating relationships with key executives.

Matthew Busbee earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which they completed between 2018 and 2022.
