They currently serve as Co-Founder and Partner at Thome Partners and as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Polar Star Thome, and hold the position of Chairman at Paligo (since 2023) and Promon (since 2022); they previously served as CEO of Play Magnus Group.
They completed MSc degrees in Economics at the University of Oslo (1996–1998) and in Finance at the University of York (1997–1998).
