OUR STORY

Starting in 1997, Palisades Capital became the leader in Reg-D PIPE financing for innovative technology companies. Deals completed include raising $45 million dollars for modem pioneer Hayes Microcomputers allowing the completion of an innovative reverse merger with publicly traded Access Beyond. In 1999, Palisades Capital oversaw the raising of over $7 million dollars for eUniverse, Inc. allowing it to become publicly traded, grow to one of the largest entertainment networks, and launch 100% owned Myspace.com before being acquired in 2005 for $650 million dollars by News Corporation (parent corp of Fox, Dow Jones, Wall Street Journal, NY Post)
