Anne Lanning

Anne Lanning is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across several companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Pall Aerospace since November 2018, Anne focuses on talent management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. Prior to this, Anne worked as a Human Resources Coordinator for Pall Corporation, where strategic and operational services were provided to the Aerospace division. A tenure at FrankCrum allowed Anne to develop comprehensive HR capabilities, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. Earlier roles include Contract Recruiter, Office Administrator at Bankers Life and Casualty, and Director of Operations & Personnel at Perenich, Carroll et al. Anne holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa.
