Chi Lam

Chi Lam is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Pall Corporation since May 2021, where responsibilities include providing commercial legal resources for the Americas and advising business executives on legal and business matters. Prior to Pall, Chi served as General Counsel at Guardiar, offering legal expertise to a manufacturer of high-security products, and held roles at Leidos as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel, advising on strategic legal matters in engineering and health sectors. Additionally, Chi has academic experience as an adjunct professor of business law and has worked as in-house counsel at Odebrecht, providing legal support across diverse international operations. Chi's educational credentials include an LLM in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School, a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a BA in Economics and French from the University of Minnesota.
