Deborah Misetich

Deborah Misetich, PHR has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Deborah is currently the Global Sr. Director of Human Resources for FTAP and Aerospace at Pall Corporation. Prior to that, they served as the Global Senior Director of Human Resources for FTAP at the same company.

Deborah also holds various certifications, including FOCUS™ Certified Everything DiSC® Facilitator from Focus Performance Systems in 2021, SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015, and the ITIL® v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2014. Deborah is also a registered PHR (Professional in Human Resources) through HRCI.
