Ian Morrison has over three decades of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management, beginning as a Senior Process Engineer at 3M from 1984 to 1991, where responsibilities included enhancing safety and reducing waste. Subsequently, Ian served as Safety Manager at 3M, overseeing comprehensive safety management for a large manufacturing facility. From 1995 to 1997, Ian was the EHS Manager at Avery Dennison, coordinating improvements at the Cramlington site. This experience was further expanded as European Risk Manager at ACCO Brands from June 1997 to April 2003, leading EHS and insurance programs across Europe. Since May 2003, Ian has been the Director of Global EHS at Pall Corporation, focusing on EHS enhancements across manufacturing sites, laboratories, and offices in Europe. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aston in Birmingham, completed in 1983.
