Jon Smith has held various leadership roles in IT and customer service across multiple companies, including serving as the IT Retail and Supply Chain Team Leader at Specsavers from 2014 to 2016 and as the IT 1st Line Support Team Leader at Azzurri Communications from 2002 to 2014.
