Lydia Li is an experienced business unit leader known for building and managing high-performing teams across various functions, including marketing, R&D, and quality. Lydia has driven significant business growth using DBS principles at Pall Corporation, where they held full P&L responsibility for the MicroE business unit. Prior to this, Lydia served in several management roles at GEA Group and held a business development position at Siemens. Lydia earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Equipment and Mechanical Engineering from Zhengzhou University and a Master's degree in Food Engineering from China Agricultural University.
