Nick DeNichilo, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Technical Accounting and Compliance at Pall Corporation since November 2021. Previously, Nick worked at Apex Tool Group, LLC as the Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting from September 2017 to November 2021, and at Legg Mason as the Head of External Reporting and Consolidations between April 2011 and September 2017. Earlier roles included Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Constellation and Senior Analyst at MBNA America. Nick began a career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Audit Professional. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University, earned in 1999, and graduated from Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School in 1995.
