Simon Richardson

Simon Richardson has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions within manufacturing companies. Simon has recently served as the Operations Director at Pall Corporation since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Production Manager at Eaton from October 2017 to September 2021. Before Eaton, Simon worked at Honeywell Aerospace for a decade, where they held the positions of Site Leader and Plant Manager from March 2007 to September 2017.

Simon Richardson has a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Business & Management from Bournemouth University. Simon also holds a BA Hons in Business and Management with a focus on Employee Engagement from the same university.
