Tom Busch has extensive experience in manufacturing and management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Pall Corporation since April 2019, after holding positions as Value Stream Manager and Value Stream Leader. Prior to this role, Tom was a Production Supervisor at Cambridge International from July 2013 to April 2019, overseeing a business unit of 35 employees and generating $25 million in annual revenue through the production of metal conveyor belts.
