Patrick Corrigan is the Founder and President of Palladium Point, established in August 2022 to provide innovative talent acquisition solutions for growth-oriented insurance organizations. Previously, Patrick served as Vice President of Producer Recruitment at Lockton Companies, where efforts focused on enhancing organic growth through the recruitment of top talent in the Midwest. With a solid background in recruiting, Patrick held leadership positions at Signature Consultants and led the St. Louis operations of a major staffing firm. Experience also includes roles at KellyMitchell Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International, where foundational HR skills were developed. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
