Previously, Patrick served as Vice President of Producer Recruitment at Lockton Companies, where efforts focused on enhancing organic growth through the recruitment of top talent in the Midwest. With a solid background in recruiting, Patrick held leadership positions at Signature Consultants and led the St. Louis operations of a major staffing firm. Experience also includes roles at KellyMitchell Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International, where foundational HR skills were developed. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
