They have held key roles in legal and operational consultancy, investment policy advisement, and partnership in various sectors including mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy. Known for managing stakeholder engagement and driving business growth, Amalia has a proven track record of successfully negotiating government agreements and optimizing project performance. They are currently serving as an Investment Policy Adviser at Palladium: Make It Possible, focusing on key policy challenges facing private capital in Africa. Amalia holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Dar es Salaam.
