Evi Michael

Evi Michael is a skilled professional with a solid background in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning, currently serving as a MEL Advisor for Palladium in Nigeria since May 2024. Prior to this role, Evi held positions at LEAP Africa where duties included leading data collection and analysis for impact evaluations and project designs, alongside developing monitoring and evaluation plans for diverse sectors. Previous experience includes contributing to health outcomes as a Research and Advocacy Assistant at Lady Helen Child Health Foundation and managing vision-related programs at Right Sight Specialist Eye Center. Evi's education comprises a Master's in Public Health (Epidemiology) from the University of Lagos and a Doctor of Optometry from the University of Benin.
