Gavin Murray

Gavin Murray possesses extensive experience in program implementation, strategic management, and development across various sectors, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Head of Program Implementation at Palladium and holding roles including Senior Director for Development and Strategy and Team Leader for the Pacific Labour Facility, Gavin also contributes as Sector Advisor with Regeneration and Regional Advisor with Nature For Justice. Previously, significant positions included Executive Director for the PNG Governance Facility at Abt Associates, Country Manager for the International Finance Corporation in Papua New Guinea, and Regional Manager for Pacific operations within IFC. With a strong foundation in sustainable finance from his tenure at ANZ and leadership in environmental and social development, Gavin's academic background includes an Executive Management Program from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in Land Resource Science and Agricultural Science from The University of Queensland.
