Janske van Eijck

Janske van Eijck is a Senior Manager at Palladium, where they lead sustainable development projects with an emphasis on agriculture, renewable energy, gender, and finance in developing countries. They hold a PhD focused on the socio-economic impacts of biofuels in developing nations and have gained extensive hands-on experience through projects such as implementing a smallholder Jatropha bioenergy initiative in Tanzania. Previously, Janske held various roles, including consultant at Enclude Holding and general manager at Diligent Tanzania, where they contributed significantly to rural development and sustainability efforts. As a board member of the Foundation Bioenergy Forum FACT, they support knowledge sharing for income generation through sustainable biomass production.
