John Eales AM

John is the most successful captain in the history of Australian rugby. After his illustrious rugby career, John went on to become the founder of the Mettle Group, a business consultancy company specialising in leadership and organisation culture. In addition to Palladium, he also sits on the boards of Flight Centre Travel Group (one of the world's largest travel businesses), Magellan Financial Group, FujiXerox Document Management Solutions, Executive Health Solutions and John West Logistics. He is a columnist with The Australian newspaper writing on both business and sport and he has served as a consultant to major Australian companies, including BT Financial Group, Qantas and Westpac.
