Lauren Paramor

Lauren Paramor currently serves as the Office Manager at Palladium: Make It Possible since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions as Office Manager and Operations Manager at Sigma Healthcare from July 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing facility operations for the Toowong Office and managing the Pharmacy Effectiveness plan. Additional experience includes working as a Personal Assistant at Rider Levett Bucknall, a Business Support Administrator for the APLNG Project at Origin Energy, and a Team Administration Assistant at Bechtel Corporation. Lauren began a career in administration at CSIRO as a Team Administrator. Educated at Maroochydore State High, Lauren is currently pursuing a Certificate II in Animal Studies at the Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE.
