Leanne Hanley

Leanne Hanley is an experienced professional in the fields of labour mobility, quality assurance, and client relationship management, currently serving as Chief Liaison Officer (CLO) and Delegations Manager for the Pacific Labour Mobility Support Program (PLMSP) at Palladium since October 2021. In this role, Leanne supports Country Liaison Officers for the Australian Government and engages with Pacific and Timor-Leste governments to facilitate the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme. Prior to this, Leanne held multiple leadership positions at Airswift, focusing on global mobility and quality assurance, and served as a Quality Assurance Advisor at Motion. Leanne's educational background includes a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety from Pinnacle Safety and Training, along with various training from the Australian Institute of Management and South Trafford College.
