Piers Proctor

Piers Proctor is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in senior finance roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance, EMEA at Palladium: Make It Possible since February 2023, Piers previously held multiple leadership positions at Capita during a significant restructuring initiative, including Finance Director and Digital Finance Director, overseeing a substantial technology budget. Piers contributed to the establishment of the Global Technology Division at William Hill as Finance Director, managing technology costs and governance. Prior experience includes serving as CFO of BT One Phone, Head of Group Planning and Analysis at BT, and M&A and Group Planning Manager at Tate & Lyle. Piers began a career in finance as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, focusing on major FTSE 100 companies, and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from UCL.
