Ross Powell is a professional in partnerships and business development, currently working with Palladium’s Nature Based Solutions team since August 2022, focusing on driving investment in nature restoration across the UK and Europe to combat climate and biodiversity crises. Prior to this role, Ross co-founded and served as CEO of Cashmere Circle from September 2019 to August 2022, advocating for sustainable fashion by promoting natural fibers and circularity. Ross has also contributed to Protect Our Winters UK as an Executive Assistant intern in early 2018, and interned with Aberdeen City Council’s Environmental Policy team in mid-2017, where key research included drafting a policy to prohibit the environmental release of balloons and sky lanterns. Ross holds a MA Hons in International Relations from The University of Edinburgh and studied International Relations, Environmental Politics, and Development at Freie Universität Berlin.
