Sarah Katvala has a diverse background in social work and project management with experience in various roles. From June 2014 to April 2017, Sarah served as the Country Director at Acacia Avenue Designs. Following this, Sarah held multiple positions at International Sanctuary from August 2018 to November 2020, including Director of Uganda Sanctuary, Assistant Coordinator, and Consultant. Prior experience includes a role as Care Coordinator at Casa de Los Niños from December 2012 to June 2014 and an Administrative Support position at Pepal in 2021. Additional roles included Psychometrist/Office Manager at Northwest Neuropsychology and Project Delivery Manager at Palladium: Make It Possible in July and August 2025, respectively. Sarah has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Boise State University, expected to be completed in 2027.
