Taylor Brown

Taylor Brown is a seasoned governance specialist with extensive experience in political economy analysis and adaptive programming. Currently serving as the Director and Senior Governance Specialist at Palladium since 2017, Taylor oversees global initiatives, thought leadership, and public engagement efforts. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Governance Specialist and Senior Manager at Palladium from 2013 to 2016, and leading the Governance Practice at theIDLgroup from 2003 to 2013, where responsibilities included business development and project management. Taylor holds a PhD in Political Science and a Master of Philosophy in Sociology and Politics of Development from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
