Lars Eelman

Lars Eelman is an experienced asset manager currently overseeing the Pallas reactor at PALLAS since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lars held various positions at the Naval Maintenance and Sustainment Agency of the Royal Netherlands Navy, including Asset Manager for Oceangoing Patrol Vessels and Head of Engineering Departments focusing on Gun Systems, Fire Control Systems, and Missile Launching Platforms. Lars began with the Agency in 2003 as a Senior Maintenance Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, later serving as a Consultant for Naval Gun Systems Maintenance. Lars's academic background includes a Master of Science in Asset Integrity Management from Robert Gordon University, a Master of Engineering in Maintenance & Asset Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by VAPRO B certification in Process Operations from Tata Steel training center.
