Pallet Shuttle Automation

Since 2008, Pallet Shuttle has evolved from a simple forklift-based two-directional manual system into a Fully Automated “4D” Four-Directional system. Save space and labor! Pallet Shuttle 4D systems eliminate aisles, reduce forklifts and drivers, improve storage density and enhances inventory accuracy. Our Pallet Shuttles are made in Tennessee, USA and built tough for both durability and reduced maintenance. The shuttles use direct shaft drive for both travel and lifting functions. This design eliminates belts, pullies, chains and sprockets. Pallet Shuttle can lift up to 4500 lbs. and have a run time per charge of over 14 hours. The TRAK-IT Warehouse Control System can be interfaced to any WMS or ERP and manages real time slotting using AI tools built into the platform. Pallet Shuttle systems can be installed along side existing storage mediums and be phased in while continuing operation. Pallet Shuttles are a perfect substitute to legacy stacker crane and pallet conveyor systems. Pallet Shuttles provide higher throughput and provide excellent redundancy.
