Pramendra Khadgi is a seasoned IT professional specializing in service delivery and support management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Pallion since April 2024. Prior to this role, Pramendra was the IT Support/Service Desk Manager at Retail Apparel Group, responsible for overseeing IT service desk operations and team leadership. Experience includes significant positions at Mindbody as a Professional Services Manager and Support/Onboarding Team Lead, where responsibilities ranged from onboarding process optimization to team performance management. Pramendra has also held leadership roles at Merlin Entertainments plc and Ausgrid, focusing on help desk operations and technical support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Information Technology from CQUniversity and various certifications in networking and IT service management.
