Wayne Washington

Wayne Washington is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in reporting on local government, social justice, and education policy. Currently serving as a local government/social justice reporter at The Palm Beach Post since October 2014, coverage includes West Palm Beach and Riviera Beach. Prior to this role, Wayne held positions at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The State Newspaper, The Boston Globe, Tampa Bay Times, Star Tribune, and The Mercury News, gaining expertise in various topics such as education, history, politics, and sports. Wayne earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina between 1986 and 1989.
