Palm Build was founded by Michael Carr with a clear and unwavering mission: to deliver exceptional restoration services rooted in integrity, compassion, and accountability. From the beginning, the company was built on the belief that restoration is not just about repairing properties, but about helping people navigate some of the most stressful moments they will ever face.

What started as a small, hands-on team has grown into a trusted and respected leader in the restoration industry. Through disciplined growth, strong leadership, and a commitment to doing the right thing, Palm Build has earned the confidence of homeowners, property managers, and insurance professionals alike. The company specializes in guiding clients through complex loss situations with clarity and care, combining technical expertise with a human-centered approach.

Today, Palm Build is known for its high standards, responsive service, and in-house claims expertise that helps clients maximize outcomes while minimizing disruption. Whether responding to water, fire, mold, or catastrophic events, Palm Build remains committed to restoring properties—and peace of mind—with professionalism and compassion at every step.
