John Schade

John Schade is a serial entrepreneur and finance professional, currently Co-Founder and President of Dry Brew and Co-Founder of Palm & Pine. They strategized with over 100 startups, helping them raise over $50 million in capital through equity crowdfunding, and served as Funding Strategist (2022–2023) and Growth Marketing Manager at StartEngine, including managing the 2023 campaign that raised over $20 million from 11,000 investors. Their background included roles in investment and operations at Sculptor Capital Management (Operations Analyst, 2019–2020) and MacKay Shields LLC (Analyst, 2020), a Corporate Associate - Futures & Options at Central States Enterprise LLC (2018), and an International Finance Internship at Key Investment Group (2018), as well as Independent Research at Harvard University (2016) and co-owned CollegeBound Services (2011–2014).
